Take on a full day's worth of adventure at some of Iceland's best South Coast locations.

Your first activity is our glacier lagoon kayaking tour. You will meet your guide at Icelandic Mountain Guides Base Camp, next to the Sólheimajökull parking lot. The lagoon is only a five-minute walk from the Base Camp, once there you will receive your kayaking equipment and get a tutorial from your professional guide on how to sail your stable Sit-On-Top kayak. Once ready, you will start your hour-long tour around the lagoon, paddle around the dynamic and always changing icebergs, and admire the glacier tongue from a viewpoint inaccessible to the sightseers on foot.

After you finish your glacier hiking tour, we head back to the base camp where you can take in the surrounding landscape of Sólheimajökull before your next adventure. You will make your own way to the next part of the combo tour, to our Mýrdalsjökull base, on road 222.  There you will meet our certified Snowmobile guides who will gear you up and prepare you for the 2 hour Snowmobile experience on the top of Mýrdalsjökull glacier.

Both tours are suitable for all skill levels and are led by professional and certified glacier guides, with all safety equipment provided.

Please note: The Snowmobile tour requires all drivers to be at least 17 years of age or older and have a full, valid driver's license. A learner´s permit, tractor, or motorcycle license is not sufficient according to Icelandic law. Single riders and groups with odd numbers are required to book a single ride snowmobile. This tour is meet on location only.
