Sound has been used around the world since the dawn of human civilization as a modality to soothe, restore and bring balance to mind and body.

Featuring the use of crystal singing bowls, energy chimes, percussive instruments, spoken wisdom, and meditation; our Sound Journeys are an immersive experience intended to relax, rejuvenate and return you to steadiness.

Expect to sit or lie down for this event. Supportive pillows and props will be available to provide a comfortable experience.

No prior yoga experience is required. Beginners welcome!

The ‘Hum’ is a soundscape of our own design that combines digital and organic sound frequencies of 7.83hz and 40hz.

7.83hz or the ‘Schumann Resonance’ mimics the grounding vibrations of the earth. 40hz induces ‘Gamma’ brainwave activity which encourages collective peak performance and concentration.

Cancellation

  • Booking cancellations may be made up to 1 day (24 hours) before your booking activity was due to happen. In this case you will only be charged for the booking fees which cover the cost of payment processing and admin of managing your cancelation.This will be no more than 5.5% of the overall fee you have paid. The fee will be displayed in the checkout process as non-refundable.
