If you’ve ever been told that wine and chocolate don’t mix - then think again.  Some dark country of origin chocolate works perfectly with selected red wines, while white wines and dessert wines can also work with anything from plain chocolate to sea salted caramel truffles – so long as you know what you’re doing!

During our hour long event, we pair a tasting selection of Maltese wines with six of our premium handmade chocolates.  We discuss the wine, where it comes from, the flavour notes, and compare and contrast these with each other. We talk about how the chocolates are made and the individual flavour notes of each.  

With each of the wines, we pair one or two chocolate truffles or pralines to show you how chocolates and wines together can enhance each of the other flavours.
